KAM was founded in 1978, wholly-owned subsidiary of what was then Kanematsu Gosho Ltd.,and initially operated under the name of Kanematsu Kinzoku Hanbai Co.,Ltd. A trading company specialized in non-ferrous metals. Followed by several corporate restructuring, Kanematsu Advanced Materials Corp. (KAM) was established in Jan. 2015. With annual turnovers steadily expanding up until today. KAM achieved its profit plan set up in the 5 year medium-term plan 「Future 135」in 2022, 2 years ahead of the scheduled deadline 2024. The remaining time left until 2024 will be used to secure the basic strategies of 「Future 135」and putting together new strageties to construct a stronger corporate structure, durable against any environmental changes in business. In order to realize the continuous improvement of corporate value , KAM group, together with newly joined members Kanematsu Kangawa and Kanematsu Keiyu, will put in its utmost effort and collaborate with KG, KAM's parent company, to meet the following goals. 1) Creating new business , in addition to the current「Non-ferrous Metal」「Automotive Parts」「Electronics Components」. 2) Fulfilling the capital requirements due to increase of turnovers . Throughout our business activities, KAM will carry out its corporate social responsibilities and continue to be an indispensable partner to all of our customers.
